Here’s a quick FYI for any questions you may have about Stemmler’s NEW online ordering.

  1. Online curbside orders are a minimum $50. For smaller orders, or if you need something sooner, please select pickup in store at the time of checkout.
  2. For online orders, we will honour any in-store sale prices as on the day of pick up. Due to our POS system, and the length of time to process online orders, we’re not always able to honour sale prices as on the day of order. Please come into the store to ensure you receive that week’s sale pricing. We apologize for any inconvenience.
  3. If you are unable to come for any reason at the time provided please let us know. Your order is stored safely but the quality of fresh products will diminish over time.

Yes, our curbside pickup option requires a $50 minimum order however there is no minimum for in-store pickup.

Yes, however at this time, orders cannot be edited online. You will need to contact our team to make changes to your order. Changes must be made no later than four hours prior to the beginning of your scheduled pickup window. Also, promotional codes cannot be added to an already submitted order.

The actual order value cannot be determined until the day of pickup because of variations in product weights (e.g. variable weight items such as meat and produce), available prices between the date you submit your order and the date/time your order is filled and picked up, taxes, and item availability. For example, if you order on a Friday for pickup on a Monday, you will not receive the sale prices of the Friday.

Since we won’t know the actual price until the order is assembled and the product weighed, this $30 hold accounts for any variances in weight.

Occasionally, we may run out of an item. As most of our items are unique, we do not currently offer a substitution. Your total will be adjusted accordingly.
